Libretto by Alexander Medvedev, based on the novel by Zofia Posmysz
Composed in 1968, premiered in concert version on December 25, 2006 at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theatre in Moscow, in stage version on July 21, 2010 at the Bregenz Festival
